Bad attitude, dishonest work
Hello. I have already called the Itella support center 3 times and each time I am fed with promises or lies. My package arrived on 30. 12. And not to my address but to a narvesen box of lime 2. I called, there was a kind girl who explained that the address on the package was missing and only Australia and the phone number. Its unbelievable and weird, the address disappears, tel. The number remains. We talked that after the old year the package will be sent to the address, which is 105 km from Brisbane. Without receiving any news I called on Wednesday to find out what was going on there. The guy replied that on Thursday the package will be sent to the waiting. So I sat in the house and waited until I thought of calling again. I waited 40 minutes for a call, finally calling. The same guy explained to me in a rather unkind voice that I would receive the package tomorrow. I asked why,then he replied that there was a small package on the bus to carry, but somehow it sounded unconvincing to him. I asked how long it would take itella to deliver the package to which he retrieved it as confidential information. I was even stunned because I did not know that if I asked for deadlines, it was a big secret. Then the guy started blaming me for screaming. I listened to the recording of our conversation twice and nowhere did I find that I was shouting. Yes, the guy probably thought that only their conversations were recorded and I don't have that right. Ok. I will wait until tomorrow, if already promised tomorrow and still personally send a courier number where I can call and ask what time will bring me a package! I always think that the courier should call the customer about the approximate time of delivery of the package, but here it turns out the other way around. It turns out that itella leads us for free and we don't pay for it.
