They don’t exist

I paid 1400 dollars for my book sold out then the person who drew up my contract disappear as well .I can’t enter my account and people are still buying my book from all the platforms they are in contract with User’s recommendation: Pay for the quality and we’ll known publishers.

My last royalty payment was on 02/09/19 for the last 2 quarters of 2018. Since, I have no heard on thing from them, even though I know about purchases.
