I have a CW-80 transformer that doesn’t work.

I would like more details on repair. The only thing I’ve received from them ask if I wanted to contact a lawyer. User’s recommendation: Since they haven’t responded, no recommendations.

Very Irritated with customer service

Placed an order for a $999 train table on August 13th. Have called 3 times on this. This August birthday present has now become perhaps a Christmas present, maybe in 2031!!!. No one to talk to. On the line forever. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Lionel!!!
