Her phone line was cut

It was replied, but the Stengers are trying to contact them and cannot reach them at all. You call the number it rings twice and goes to a busy single. Have been trying for days.

Trying to get service for my neighbor who has your service that is all static and cannot be heard. He is partially python blind living alone and this is his only way to get help. I have tried two days
