Checks delayed again

Checks are often late. They have no excuse. Their fax # does not work. They never receive faxes and the faxes they say they sent never arrive. This month’s check is again weeks late. Can I take legal action?

Illegally trying to convert my policy

The company is trying to terminate my policy early. I paid for a 20 year policy and now they are trying to say it was a 15 year policy. blatant fraud. User’s recommendation: Run away if offered a policy with these crooks. I’m sure this is a class action waiting to happen.
