Poor service, very unkind attitude
Internet + tv service doesn't work. Indicates that you are connected to wifi but have no internet access. The Tet helpline is a paid service, but for this fee the customer can only listen for hours that all operators are busy. Is covid time I have to work remotely, who will compensate me for the fact that the service is not provided? If I write a refusal of the service, then after 4 days the e-mail arrives in the sense that within 5 days the employee will contact me, meanwhile the customer can do without the service at all. Since the denial was written on the 10th day, a rude woman really called and started threatening penalties for refusing the service, it's nothing that I haven't signed any contract if I'm paying for the service,so I will also pay 105 AU$ for the termination of an unsigned contract! Do not choose tet services, it is blatant fraud and the treatment of the customer is unacceptably rude. I'm so annoyed that I'll no longer pay this electricity company for electricity and look for another service provider.
