Customer service email does not work

I ordered Lilash serum and it was delivered about 10 days later, then when I opened the bottle, it was empty. There was no serum inside. It was all dry. I am not getting good results with the serum which I have been using for 6 years now. Initially, my lashes gre longer and were curly. Now my lashes are much thinner and fewer tan ever.
