Im in Utah for a funeral the storage payment is late i understand that but when i try and call the number my stuff is in it says its closed. It wont let me make a payment on line or over the phone
I was charged $117 monthly now 7 months later it is a rate increase not to my knowledge but why increase when customers don’t have 24hr access as stated because when it rain or snow I can not access my storage because the area becomes flooded
Contacted the company to do a big deal. Lady answering the phone sounded like she just awakened. When I told her my request she seemed listless and bored. She then rudely disconnected because she could not answer a simple question. Should be reprimanded or fired. How much other business has she cost the company? reprimanded or fired....

Poor service
I wanted to connect electricity through Tet. I came personally to the Acropolis Center in mid-September I signed a contract I signed all the documents / in October I am waiting for the electricity bill it has not arrived / well I think nothing will be later / now 11. 11. 20 in the morning I notice that there is no electricity / I tell them to call from one operator to another. The end explains to me that I have not fully concluded a contract with them / they have little of my personal arrival in my signature. That needed another via my email somewhere to jejet and log in / without warning me to turn off the electricity. Stupid or not / as a result of sitting without electricity / we do not recommend this company to anyone.
