Charging

Take your phone for repair (broken monitor). The same culprit paid the corresponding amount of 51CAD. Being present at the phone now additionally has a "broken" sound switch. Of course the onset person says this will not be charged. Two weeks later, I thought I should call to ask for a very long time, prtoams refuses to repair the phone pending confirmation of the cost.
