I don't expect any action
There's a 24-month contract for Helio Itv and Startup Internet. Address Bendigo. The internet has been down for the last four, five days (half a day it doesn't go) and today (13/11/2020, Friday) it doesn't work at all. Contacting Tet representatives a few days in advance (11/11/2020), it was concluded that this was a modem problem, a new one would be sent out and it would be delivered the next day (12/11/2020). You will have to pay 5 AU$ for configuration! Today (13/11/2020 16: 03, Friday) there is still no modem and no internet service is provided. ~ 15:05 I called Tet's representatives to look into the matter again. The answer was that it had been sent out, but it was not known when it would be delivered. I mentioned that he promised that yesterday (12/11/2020) would be present, to which I was told that it would never happen so quickly. And now some questions for Tet: 1. I assume that there may be a problem with the machine, but should I therefore pay a € 5 configuration fee if the machine doesn't work properly? My contract does not mention such an amount, and I have not poured coffee for Tetmodem (of course, Tet can also overturn it in his examinations, which Tetnoda will also succeed, I say, I have spit there). It is a problem for Tet to supply equipment that has not been in operation for at least the 24 calendar months specified in the contract. I don't ask tet to send a new machine because it will look better like the old one under my coffee table. All expenses must be covered by the tet, including the configuration fee. Shameless. 2. My contract with tet contains clauses: 3. 2. Obligations of Tet: 3. 2. 1. To provide continuous and quality services; so, if the internet is not delivered in part for 5 days and today (13/11/2020) it is not at all and I guess that most likely it will not be delivered all weekend until (16/11/2020). Tet, do you feel that you are providing a quality service and fulfilling a contractual obligation? I am human and understanding, and gave me two days to provide the Internet. I am not very interested in courier delivery times, you have a tet store in Bendigo, hold on site for some equipment. 3. Do you analyze what your operators are saying and do they have common information on the principles of courier delivery? A rhetorical question, of course. End of questions. I am not hoping for any action, I just want to share this example of immunity with others. Inviolability, one Says one, the other something else, non-performance of the contract and makes another pay for it. There will be sheep, there will be shears if?! I am considering terminating my contract with Tet.
