Ignorance / Indifferent Lying

Customer product to them. I got back and informed that it would be the end of the week. I can drive. When I arrived I spent several hours on the road. There are no items at all. For me, every hour is scheduled, so I choose to buy items online, so there is no need to walk around many stores in search of what you need. I did not call or write to inform me how the goods are not. I recommend everyone to call the customer before going on a trip. They find it unnecessary to report misinformation.
