Poor quality of service
Hello potential users of the services of the travel company Dimar Tours. Dimar Tours offers a certain part of its services using discount coupons on the portal www. zizu.org. We also used the trip offered by this company to Rovaniemi in December 2019 in the period after Christmas until the New Year. What can I say, very poor, unprofessional quality of service. The trip started with the missed bus, so we missed the ferry and then the chain reaction started - we arrived everywhere with great delay, did not see a part of what was planned for the trip and also did not correspond to what was offered in the trip description. The bus in which we traveled uncomfortable, without facilities. On the other hand, by making claims to the head of the company, who traveled with us,for everything we received only non-professional reservations. We knew that the trip would be difficult, there were a lot of families with children, but planning such an unprofessional trip made it much more difficult and we were disappointed enough instead of the expected satisfaction. So, think hard before using this company's services!
