I I sent a pair of Levi’s men’s size 32-34 and still haven’t received a pair back

The rear end ripped out of the Levi’s that I bought for my husband, he had only worn them a handful of times, I sent them back to the Levi company in Louisville, KY, sent my address to the company &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; haven’t heard ANYTHING FROM LEVI.
