11. 11. in the evening I ordered a phone on the tet.org website, I paid for it immediately. On Friday, 13. 11 I had not received any information by phone or in writing. again moved to Thursday, Friday. Of course, today is Friday - 20. 11. and I haven't received the phone yet, just empty promises.
