We have yet to receive a response from Leons. I tried again Monday with no luck. My husband is taking a turn today to speak with someone Thanks for the follow up User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from Leon’s during a pandemic, they have no flexibility or commitment to honouring what was told to the customer.

Our fridge is brand new and doesn’t work properly, and No one at the store will answer or Return calls, Including the manager. This has been going on for too long, and I am Pissed! Told to send email to king and state and they would get back to me in 72 hours, never did. The extended warranty is a joke, don’t buy it. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy extended warranty you are just extending your pain and suffering plus additional financial loss.
