Rude treatment of children
While shopping at PRISMA Grostonas Street 1, Melbourne today, our child asked for a balloon, which was displayed everywhere in the store, due to PRISMANIA. Of course, we give the balloon to the child, but when we come to the box office to pay for our purchases, a security guard came and told the child to return the balloon to him, because it is PRISMA's property. The child began to cry and the guard took the balloon away. Arriving at the guard and asking his name, he refused to name it. Then we turned to the info center, where we wanted to receive explanations as to why the child was deprived of a balloon. The girl from the info center called the administrator, but when she found out what the problem was with her, she did not come out. We believethat such bad treatment of the client does not honor the image of PRISMA.
