Misleading customers, awful service
Hello, this is the first time I've written a complaint about anything in Australia, but it breaks all boundaries. 1. The situation ordered a computer, tet chakra that everything will be sent tomorrow, a week from the site, if you do not call, do not receive any information, it was said that there are problems with the site, and therefore everything is slow. The product order was eventually canceled due to tired of pursuing it. 2. Situation ordered a monitor, 2 weeks no movement from the tet side, again it is promised that the product is already in stock, the product must be handed over to the courier tomorrow, the operators say completely different things. In principle, pofigism in relation to the customer is visible. 3. Situation The Tet user was registered to me, where after a while it was used by the mother. Upon the user's return, an application was created telling me to split my mother and my account. This was done with a formal submission. When creating orders still go for confirmation to the parent email. Such an act is against the data protection regulation. I've been a Tet customer for over 8 years, but I'm considering leaving because this attitude towards the customer is just ridiculous.
