Rejected return despite serious quality issue

They produced a garment in a wrong size – 29 instead of 30. I have to say: 2 previous deliveries were precisely 30 and fitted fine. They were not accepting to have done a mistake and came up with absurd stories about how to measure a garment..Eventually they did not refund or even just re-did the garment.... Read more➤
