Disproportionate Penalties

From my own experience and reading what is said, it is clear that this company The aim of the company is not to earn from the management of the parking lots, but from penalties. Wanting to earn in itself is no longer reprehensible until the moment when earning starts to happen solely and exclusively at the expense of negligence. I don't think anyone would deliberately try to defeat these ninjas, who know how to impose a penalty in the minute you have turned your back on the car. Therefore, before you go shopping, it is better to get acquainted with the procedure on how to register the parking time (online or maybe call), because you will not have time on the spot. And do not think that the time put in the window will save you. If the registration is provided in any other way, you will get a penalty. And what are the penalties. But you are a dairy cow, not a human. All day or one minute, always the maximum penalty, typically 25 or 35 dollars. After such a penalty it is better to leave the car to stand for the rest of the day and then go on foot - to earn. For the poor, they sometimes have to hurry to compensate for destroyed parking cars and cut controllers' car tires (or perhaps the controllers themselves), because such penalties would not be in line with their own "norms". If my first penalty were 15 dollars, I wouldn't bake it, but 25 dollars for 10 minutes is for a spear. Of course, it is possible to write an objection, but that is the formality. This is required by the supervisory authorities, but in practice it does not work. If you promise to answer within 10 days, you will answer in ten days (read - refuse). But the payment must be made within 14 days, and you will no longer have time to submit any evidence. Not for me one such experience. I learned a lot from this penalty and got a new enemy. If you have the opportunity to play, be sure to do so without the slightest delay.
