Need refund, unknown person used my credit card in lazada

Someone called me and said he’s from credit card association of the phillipines, he get my details for verification purposes as he said. And without knowing he also ask for the code which is the otp without my knowledge . He used our credit card in lazada .please help me with this matter .

No replies and no refund

We ordered 2 items in feb this year. They delivered the wrong items. We contacted them and were instructed to return them via lbc which we did.
