Poor Quality Services
Hello! I would like to tell you about my experience in this salon and warn people about the possible consequences of visiting it. Some time ago I bought coupons for citylife.ca and cherry.ca for services in this salon (waxing and hair cutting with hot scissors). I booked both visits at once because I planned it to be comfortable for me. Of course, I agree, if you buy a coupon, you can't expect the best treatment and the best quality, but the salon attracts customers in this way (that's what those coupons are for). The attitude towards me as a customer was just awful. The first procedure was waxing. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the "master", but the procedure itself was especially "pleasant" (it was never pleasant, but this time the girl tried to be especially painful and uncomfortable. After 5 minutes, she announced that deep bikini waxing could not be done because more... I'm sorry, but I hadn't purchased such a service, but since my eyes were already in tears, I thought - let it be! I'll leave sooner so I don't have to endure it. When I got home, I found that there was wax left in the bikini area - just "super"! I paid 6 USD for that coupon, yes there is not a large amount for deep bikini waxing, but for 5 minutes of work it is also quite a lot. After the unpleasant incident, I could not decide whether to go to this salon with a hairdresser, because the appointment was on the day of my graduation, I would not want to be left without hair before such an event! :D However, I got angry to go and decided to give up some procedure that was part of that service (hair treatment with an infrared device of some kind), I thought more - even if the hairdresser will teach you to wash your hair and trim it with hot scissors. Of course, the hairdresser was some young, a little untidy girl who didn't inspire me, but ok, I hoped that everything would be fine. Of course, wash your hair well and dry as well! :D I'm not sure about cutting it, but she kept my desire for minimal haircuts (thanks to her for that). As I mentioned, I had a graduation that day, usually after the hairdresser's hair also looks terribly unstained (small,selfish plan on my part was already - to combine two things), but I wanted something more interesting than dried hair with a hair dryer and a round comb. I asked what could be done for the cause, of course, for a separate fee, but I added that more than 5ls I do not have with me in cash The girl offered to braid the braid, I agreed. When I asked how much I had to pay, she answered - 5ls! What? Seriously! Well, if I'm confused, I jumped, maybe I'm stupid, but for one braid, which took 3-4 minutes to braid, you have to return 5 Ls? Ok, I didn't want to argue terribly before I approached the cash register, the hairdresser ran into the fixes at the reception, something whispered in my ear and left, the receptionist asks me for 5ls. I gave up honestly, but she looked at me and smiled, saying, thank you! The check is not broken, of course. The only scratch is that I don't ask for a check and I don't insist that I need it,because probably the money went to the girls' pockets. Well nothing to benefit! :D There was a very long description, but the fact that other people do not trust this salon and the services on the coupons, although if you also buy something on the coupons, the salon staff should treat you like a human being (I wonder if other salons offer nice treatment, even if the customer comes with a coupon). They will no longer see me there as their client, nor will they see any of my friends or acquaintances! Good luck business! :D
