They screwed something up with billing, I tried to contact them. They have a service now that if you want to speak with a human, you have to sign up for a paid service to get a resolution. Dont use Last Pass. I’m going to cancel my account over this. User’s recommendation: Don’t use Last Pasx.

Unable to log in from a work pc due to LASTPASS attempting verify my identity. The challenge, work does not allow access to the tools I usually use to verify my identify (email/phone) so I cannot access passwords. The issue is no phone number and their website crashes when submitting a ticket for help.
