Hotel terrible

Hotel is awful Im trying to get through to upgrade but no number answers. The food is awful the room is awful nowhere to relax by the pool which is also really poor, theres about 10 sun loungers for over 100 people

Refuse to refund money

I have opted for a refund and 16 months later the status is still sitting at ‘preparing your refund’. I have called them to escalate but they keep blaming the airline for “not releasing the money” which is obviously a complete lie. User’s recommendation: Never book through LastMinute or BravoFly.
