The Fan spinner doesn’t screw on.

I purchased this product on Amazon and the fan spinner that secures the blade doesn’t fit. It won’t screw on. I had to take a rubber band and secure the blade onto the fan. If you want a quality product that lasts and a company that will stand by its customers and products, SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I bought this fan in 2016 and have used it only a half a dozen times in my furnished basement. The fan has now stopped oscillating.
