terrific service

My shipment was left at a nearby store that was not notified to me, but was marked as delivered in the dhl system. On June 21, I was out of reach - apparently I missed a courier call. The next day I looked in the dhl system that I seemed to have received my shipment, which was quite confusing. So I wrote to their customer service, who answered "your shipment has been delivered" to my question about where my shipment is, even though the system indicates that I received it. Then I repeatedly wrote emails that were ignored. Today (27. 06) I am written by the owner of the store "facebook" next to me and say, well, your shipment is with us, you can pick it up. Following a discussion on this subject with representatives of itella by another person,I finally got an answer to my questions which said that the courier had told me where I could get my goods (it didn't happen). Only then did they decide to respond to my messages instead of ignoring me. Basically, I only received my shipment due to the integrity of the store staff. My data was freely available to completely strangers in this store (because my address and phone number are on the packet). It is not so much about who made the mistake here, but about absolute irresponsibility, firstly, from the courier, secondly, from the customer service side, and thirdly, from the whole company, because my situation is reminiscent of many others that I have read about here.. Honestly, I no longer want to shop sharp and use dhl services precisely because of this one incident. I often use courier services, but I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from all the people involved in my life, starting from the fact that the customer is not notified by sms or e-mail the day before or on the same day that the courier will be present, that productwhich I have already paid for is left somewhere else and I am not notified. All in all, just a terrible company, but maybe thanks to this attitude, I will be able to save money on clothes, because I will no longer buy sharp. : )
