Was defrauded on the website. I bought a 3-month program for 16 AU$ (this price is all the time, it is not a campaign at the beginning of the year) according to the description I should have received three months of training and nutrition consultations, but already after the first 2 weeks fitlap.org demanded re-payment to continue to participate in the program, again already at 16 AUD. But my disappointment does not stop there: All the recipes that are on the website are difficult and long to prepare. The housewife must be able to cook it all + recipes do not contain the cheapest and most frequently used foods. Continuing on the same topic, this bonus -> family diet plan is also not really usable, because you will hardly give your 16-year-old son and husband the same food that you eat according to the diet, it is basically the same. It seemed that this would be an additional diet plan, but no, fitlap.org was lying again - Going further to the training program also fraud. The most common youtube videos, if you know how to use youtube, it's not worth paying for! - Don't get caught up in these fitlap.org promises "Individual nutrition plan" During these two weeks while observing the program I did not see anything that would be individual in this program. I had stated that I was allergic to peppers, but a very large part of the recipes contained peppers, there was also a loss of confidence in this promise of an individually designed plan. - I didn't even get any promised doctor's attention, so again just an advertising campaign. My advice to you, it is better not to spend your money and do not buy this Scam program. I failed to lose weight, although I followed all their conditions, yes they would be "individually designed" just for me instructions
