Partial Refund

I ordered a pizza online on Saturday night for € 19. 99. After a technical error, the order was not processed and was not fulfilled, but the money was withdrawn from the account on Monday. After talking to the employees and corresponding by e-mail, we agreed on a refund. Everything happened, only the money was returned in part for € 15. 30.
