Poor service

I bought the product at 110.shop (order 8444732) and then I wanted to change the delivery address. Nothing is possible. I called several times, but I couldn't wait for the connection, I waited 5 minutes for the connection, tired and disconnected. I've already sent some 4-5 emails, but keep quiet, I haven't received any response.
