Poor Service

Hello! We wanted to buy a ticket through the machine, we chose the time, place, and we were sure that we paid for the tickets at 22.00, but the tickets were printed for us at 22.30. Tickets were purchased at 21.36 and there was no information that the sale was completed 30 minutes ago. Although we saw that the tickets were purchased at 22.00. We spent 30 minutes of our time in the cold because the Oakland stinked at the bus station.
