Poor service

Tet online store. Promises delivery of the product within 3-5 days, in reality 16 days have passed and the product has not been received yet. No one has apologized or explained the situation. Calls are answered unkindly. , when we receive the product we do not know yet. They are not 5 dollars, but several hundred. Don't order anything in the shops, you will only see it in one headache. In my opinion, a very wrong company.
