We took a bus ride back from Singapore to Ayer Tawar but the bus service was terrible. The seats was too upright for a 10 hours journey and the driver was smoking throughout the journey. Hello! Please monitor employees during the work process. Specifically in Melbourne, Ulbrokas Street 7. I have just experienced a kind treatment of me in person at this post office. For my part, following the usual rules of the postal company, I took 2 numbers according to the services I want to receive. Different numbers were taken because I chose "postal services" as the 1st service, and the 2nd as "delivery of items". I work with clients myself, so I have a good understanding of people's psychological position, attitude, mood, evaluating the intonation of a person's voice, facial expressions, to which those working in the field of services should pay careful attention. In this case, approaching an employee with a strong desire to send back a letter addressed to my address, but to a person who does not live here. After receiving the blunt answer that "everything", I returned to the place where the customers were waiting. The same employee from a distance unkindly: "something else". I explained that I have 2 rooms, so I applied for another service. Suddenly from the nearby workplace: "... shipments, small packages... ". I felt surprised, can I go there without a queue now?... And yes, the employee I mentioned, looking at me, repeats what my colleague said. I received my shipment. And I conclude that negative emotions were caused by the arrival of this post office this morning. There was no greeting and farewell phrase from the employees. And the impression is that he would have approached the postal machine. Namely, I press the button and receive the service through the system. Please pay attention to the attitude of postal staff towards customers. I would really like to receive positive service. If I experience something like this, I will send feedback about this post office next time as well.
