Received opened/used items!

I ordered blink outdoor security and two blink indoor cameras 3boxes total arrived 2 were opened used and missing parts had scratches and fingerprints all over the cameras! when I called customer service they replaced one small blink and refunded my money on the outdoor one which is very inconvenient.
