KiWI charged me for a airline reservation but when i got to the airport there was no such reservation . User’s recommendation: do not use KIWI.

NOT THE FLIGHT I BOOKED

They sold me a flight ending in London and now it ends in Tel Aviv! I called BA to change it and it would cost an extra $400. Kiwi isn’t answering but is providing me a refund of $11.73 for a $531 flight. Gee thanks! User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere.

Not helpful customer service person. I could barely understand them. Also there was a rooster squawking throughout the entire conversation. It was one of the worst customer service calls Ive ever had the displeasure of making. User’s recommendation: Don’t call or book with Kiwi ever.
