Fraudsters
So this summer was the first and last time in my life that a mobile phone was purchased in the AuMobile store in the Sky & More store. I usually buy phones in Germany or Asian countries. The Samsug Ace phone only worked for one week. I found that when I was not charging, I saw that the battery was wet and a thick, alkaline liquid was leaking, which was biting my hands. I took the phone back and then just started. My phone was taken for examination and I was given some kind of children's Nokia model, with which I walked for a month. Needless to say, I pay AuMobile for my Samsung all the time. After a month of going to the store, these grinned and said that... I had frozen my phone myself. Well moins, I just haven't done anything like that. As long as it can't leave, I went to the Consumer Protection Center. These responsive, advise and then suddenly... we can not help you, because you bought the phone as a legal entity (to a company)... The only way to fight legal entities for their own right is to do an independent examination (Ls 50), give it all inside the administrative court. Knowing that the trial lasts for 3 and more years and that the lawyer will also take his 50 dollars, I realized that it does not make sense against the phone price of AUD 150. I went to the house of the head of the largest customer service manager AuMobile.. this one shrugs and says that nothing can help me to act in accordance with the laws of the Australia : ) (so 3-5 years of directing that I am not a camel) And this despite the fact that I am one of their first customers and they have earned me hundreds, maybe even thousands. I went to Biti with all my company and family phones and I recommend you do the same! The bills, which were 20-30 dollars, have been reduced to 4-8 dollars, the service is commendable, if a child loses the phone, the SIM card is replaced for free (I even had my mouth open). Goodbye, AuMobile! Edmunds S.
