Update by user Mar 30, 2019 Paypal has re-opened my dispute and the seller is still wanting me to, “please love the shoes or try to sell them to get your money as they are quite nice shoes, you’ll see.” Paypal is giving the seller until 4/6/2019 to respond to their requests to refund me my money....
