Shipping costs are ridiculous and they try to upsell even more for faster shipping. They then fail to meet those slow shipping times and claim that they cannot cancel the order but it’s in process – even though it won’t ship for another week. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere. They used to be good, but are now terrible.

Bought pants 5/17 and still not shipped. Called customer service many times and left messages with no call back. Bad customer service and I can’t get my order shipped.
