Inadequate Care

My brother was transferred there due to a trach after having angioedema. Ended up with pneumonia from Ecoli. They do not turn patients every 2 hours or give oral care. They over sedate patients. No date on the IV tubing, IV or tube feeds. Every time I went in my…
