Complaints & Reviews — Kickstarter

In July I ordered a DRYSERATOP which was promised to ship by August. Fast forward three months- still had not received it. It finally came a few days after I wrote a review. However it did not work. The solar fan was dead. I returned it requesting a refund. I still have not received my $32.00 If... Read more➤

Poor service / attitude

I arrived at the ARS trauma center, where the doctor on duty tonight was Dr. Edvins Simanovics. For the first time in my life, I came across such a terrible, unprofessional attitude from a doctor! If I have come to the doctor, so I need the help that doctors usually provide, not the contemptuous and ridiculous treatment of you as a person and your problem, which is already a rather painful topic... It all started with the fact that when entering the office, the doctor started talking to me in foreign language. To the answer that, yes, my name and surname probably sounds quite Slavic, but in principle I speak english from birth and I will not be able to tell about my problem in foreign language. The doctor laughed that he could not speak foreign language with such a name, replied that he did not speak english and continued to communicate with me in foreign language... It seemed - ok - Speaking of Australian-foreign language relations, I am quite tolerant, and therefore I will not go and complain to anyone about it. It seemed quite strange, but now people are different.. BEEET This was followed by a doctor's complete mockery that I had an appointment for a leg operation in January, because then free quotas start again... then I saw that I had insurance. I quote: "Oh, yes, some kind of insurance is... well if... ". Here I can already say that the doctor scoffed at my financial situation! He then wished me "success" by working with my doctor / orthopedist and making me think better about what I was doing. He came to this conclusion from how? From the Doctor's surname? Of my two sentences I told him about my injury? Insults and, in his opinion, "jokes" followed one after another... I would like to ask the management of the medical institution ARS to review the competence of this doctor to work with people in the trauma center, because I do not believe that patients who pay (with or without insurance) should experience the kind of treatment that you basically need to help. If this were my first visit to the ARS, I would never have even set foot in this institution. But for now, if I ever have to go to the trauma center and see dr. Edvins Simanovichs plaque on the door, without thinking I will turn and leave...
