I am now unable to pledge money on kickstarter

I have backed several dozen projects without issue. Today when I'm prompted to select a "pledge Amount" I am unable to and am redirected to a blank screen with only the word "Kickstarter" at the top . I'd like to know if my account has been frozen and, if so, how do I go about fixing this ? HowardTessler7@***.com
