This company lacks sense of urgency to the consumer. I had an Auto that was totaled back in jan of this year. The insurance company handled their portion and the rest was to be covered by GAP. 3 weeks pass by and I keep getting told that the loss department would be sending documents over for claim....

I called the Kia Consumer Hotline to report my engine seizure and spoke with two supervisors – Jeremy C. and Charles who were short, rude and condescending. Ill be sure to let every one of my friends, family, and social media followers not to buy Kia cars. User’s recommendation: Don’t Buy – read the Class action lawsuits!
