Sugar Smacks stale

Bought a new box and was uneatable. Very stale and chewed like rubber. Was so bad milk would not make the cereal softer. Money down the drain and the cereal in the trash! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this product.

I did not like your cereal with the fake strawberries.

The fake (dehydrated?) strawberries are awful. They taste like they look-red cardboard. They can soak in the milk until the flakes are mush and they are still hard red cardboard. I will buy the almond/yogurt which is a little better. I put real strawberries or blueberries on this cereal. Please keep the sugar as low as possible.
