Dissapointed in shipping/packaging

We have been long term loyal customers of Town House Flip Sides crackers. Over the past 6 months we have experienced a disappointing trend with every box purchased. Mother’s taffy Cookie’s

I agree, taffy Cookie’s have been ruined!!!!! These fake attempt at making them is a waste of time, they are nothing more than english tea Cookie in different package…so sad a piece of history has been taken away from so many people to enjoy. Won’t buy mother’s Cookie’s anymore!!!

Awful club crackers

Dirty trick to make box look the same but they are NOT the good club crackers we have purchased for years. They do NOT taste the same and we will not buy them with the Kellogg name on them. We want the old Keebler club crackers. User’s recommendation: poor taste club crackers.

Townhouse crachrrs break right out of the box or all broken when you open the box. Sm l we r box means thinner crackers. Put peanut butter on them now they break or fall apart

Crushed waffles

I bought the double package of waffles and just about all of them looked like they were run over by a car, they were crushed. I could see maybe one getting past the inspection, but most of them?? Makes me somewhat leery of buying them again
