Non-refundable
21. 12. 2020. I was denied a purchase because the goods were not in place. Calling later, said that on 27. 12. 2020 received information about the refund within 5 days. Time passed and chatting to me I say that now the money will be returned within 10 days from 05. 01. 2021. It's been so long since I refused the item, but I haven't received the money. Only different dates are promised each time. I'm a long-time customer, but this is my first time doing business.
