Nearly all the crackers were broken and in small pieces. I mentioned it to someone at work, and she said she bought a box, and they were all broken too! I love the crackers but am not going to spend $3.00 a box for a box of broken pieces. There is something wrong here!

Yes I agree. While the Town House cracker is tasty, its propensity to crumble before you unpack them is annoying to the extreme. My greater concern is that Keebler doesnt seem to care about this problem. The only way to get their attention is to stop purchasing the product. User’s recommendation: Look for an alternative product.
