I ordered a gift - a radio telephone - in the online store www.110.shop before Christmas. I got a call that from 14.00 I can pick it up at 93/95 Hill Street. I left at 18.00, it turns out there are no goods, the driver is not missing, stuck in a terrible traffic jam or what - did not explain in detail. I left. I went the next day. And - another color was sent, although I indicated when ordering and stressed not to mix colors when talking to the store operators on the phone! I was left without a gift!
