Does Kayak buy timeshares in Mexico

I was called by Kayak Travels and then by the legal dept. Christina Guzman. We started the process of selling my timeshare, but it started feeling like a fraud. Now I am being threatened by the Mexican Government for non payment of taxes. Please advise.
