I agree with Invex Funds to develop a European project. Payment for this was required in cash before the start of the work, as if an advance payment for the work. The next day after the payment of money I refused the project and returned the money, of course, if necessary, withholding some money as compensation. Of the 1860USD paid, I was offered to return 450USDUSD, the rest of the money was... "already spent and it is irreversible, as thrown into a deep, dark pit.". Lovely. I was sitting and wondering what to do!?
