Poor service and attitude!
Hello! The situation will seem incredible but still a fact! I had to change the foreign currency to the USD, it seemed nothing special... I found the best exchange rate, at that moment it was the above mentioned bank! I called the bank and with the manager I said everything in time (where I change, when I change and how much I change) everything is ok! I called twice and talked to two different managers (to avoid misunderstandings) both said everything ok, so go to the bank! Well on Friday I had an appointment with Tacoma Puk.12:00 to pay for the property! And with the bank manager on Friday morning, I agreed to exchange money (and I was assigned a so-called transaction number)! Well I am around 10 in the morning I am a bank located in the shopping center "dauga", the line of settlers and is my map, I explained quickly what and how... The answer followed then - we don't change money here! I say it's a possibility (I call and talk the whole thing), we don't change and everything! I'm shocked what to do now, pay immediately on the property... I call the main branch of the citadel again, I explained - I received an answer that the managers (both mistakes) and the Tacoma branch do not change the money and that soon my complaint and call me back.! Well, I was forced to exchange money at the nearest exchange point, and I lost both my money and my time and nerves, because the bank works so professionally... I still don't understand that something like that is possible at all? From the bank I got a call back sorry (but it also didn't explain that something like that was possible), and offered as a reward for 2 coffees or 2 tickets to the cinema, I trail remembered that in the family we are four, two kids and two adults — the answer was that there are only two tickets, and four no one will give! Well, that's not the story... I will definitely never go to this bank again!
