I am trying to get help for my auto-ship order placed on 5/15/21, shipped on 5/17/21, and it still hasnt arrived. I just spent at least 15 min on their website trying to get to a live person or a chat. Just a bunch irrelevant questions that lead you nowhere!!! DEPLORABLE
When I make my order and turned it in it keep tilling me we dont deliver to your address. I been a customer for over 10 years I never had that problem before what is going on? User’s recommendation: I need to speak to some one to help me.
Received 6 packages of 4pods per package and ALL had no Virginian flavor!!! Very costly and even more unsatisfactory for me!!! Its bad enough to desire specific flavored pods from Juul coupled with addiction to nicotine but then to be ripped off by Juul, well its just too much to accept!! I bought the juul because it sounded like a great buy, buy one, get one free but boy they tricked me the Juul snaps crackle pops as you begin to inhale it sounds like its about to catch fire so I gave my review or my opinion and the company didnt even reply User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
I was told that you all dont have flavors anymore is that true if not where can I buy the flavors at. User’s recommendation: Add flavors back.
