I never thought I'd write a complaint on this page, but the level of iExpress troubleshooting is scandalously poor. Did you know that if your shipment arrives at a parcel terminal where there is no room for it at the time, no one will contact you and offer an alternative delivery method, or at least send a message that you have to wait? Instead, the package is sent back to the sender without your knowledge? Unfortunately, the online store from which I ordered the product does not offer a service such as forwarding a package. They offer to return the money and buy the product again. The product is no longer in their online store, so I can't buy it. Great, thanks dpd! And you can only find out the reasons why the delivery has not yet taken place, or - why it seems to me that the package is being sent back - after you have sat down for 30 minutes on the phone, waiting for the operator to pick up your call, and it is too late and they can no longer solve the problem. I just have nothing to say. This is absolutely no contact! I am furious, disappointed and helpless because there are practically no alternatives to courier service and competitors' wines in this market. So there's no point in trying hard, obviously.
